Proposed Amendments To The By Laws of

The National Society of the
Madison Family Descendants

The Triennial Reunion General Meeting
May 30, 2015

Amendment I :

Article IV, Sec. 1, Paragraph Three now reads:

            The President and Vice President may serve for two consecutive terms.

It is proposed to replace this with:

          The President and Vice President may serve for unlimited terms.

Amendment II: It is proposed to add the following as sentence two to Article III. Membership, Paragraph Three:

            Adopted children may be admitted as associate members or associate junior members.
